Log a service incident

We are very excited to announce the launch of our new online customer service desk portal for SSP Brokers, from 1st February 2024.  Powered by ‘FreshService’ from Freshworks, our brand-new portal will provide SSP Brokers with an easy way to open new support tickets and service requests, track their status and engage with us more effectively.
